Rey is our Rehab Technician and Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist. Rey manages the Home Modifications Division. He regularly attends manufacturer sponsored conferences, does online lessons to maintain knowledge base and has an extensive background in the construction industry.

ATP & Managed Care Nurse
Letty has been Certified by RESNA for over 12yrs. She oversees the Complex Rehab division and brings 15 yrs of medical equipment experience to her position. She has assisted in hundreds of complex cases and has an excellent customer satisfaction rating. RESNA has certified her nationwide and she is able to assist in complex cases in the entire United States. Her background as a Managed Care nurse helps keep healthcare costs down for both patients and insurance companies.
IVAN R.
Certified Structural & Combination Welder
Ivan holds dual welding certifications in structural and combination welding. Ivan provides installation, service and repair to power wheelchairs/scooters, ramps, vertical platform lifts, patient lifts, stair lifts, auto lifts and other related mobility equipment. He holds an Associate Degree in Science- Welding from South Texas College and is in the process of obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Electrical Engineering from UTRGV.

Certified Professional Biller and Coder
Nidia holds dual certifications as a Certified Professional Coder and Certified Billing Coder. Medical coding and billing accuracy is key to optimal, ethical reimbursement, which makes Nidia an integral part of the financial resources of Star+Plus DME. Nidia’s dual certification therefore comes with high expectations, trust and respect.

Warehouse Supervisor & Rehab Tech
Jr has worked his way through the ranks, from warehouse staff to his current position. He oversees daily Field Tech operations. He has been intimately involved in the DME department since it's inception and helps with sourcing product. He is also responsible for training and supervising Field Technicians as well as tracking order issues and maintaining pricing and product information for future catalog revisions.

Uriel Jr is our IT specialist and performs a variety of on-site and remote duties related to online systems software. He provides virus protection to our business system, performs backups to provide high security data, sets up firewalls and protects devices and systems from hackers and other attacks. He keeps our company thriving by troubleshooting technical problems in computer systems ensuring a smooth performance.

Patient Care Supervisor & Managed Care Nurse
Mayra is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility. She ensures that all staff members are performing their jobs effectively and in accordance with established standards of practice. Mayra is also a Managed Care Nurse and has extensive experience in wound care. Â She is currently working on her Wound Care Nurse Certification.

Customer Service Specialist
Lizzet is responsible for handling intake and prescription referral processing. She also does insurance eligibilities, coordinates deliveries and handles other customer support issues. Lizzet has developed strong relations with doctor’s offices and insurance personnel. It’s hard to imagine where we’d be without our trusted Customer Service Specialist.
